АМЕРИКАНСЬКИЙ ДОСВІД КРИМІНАЛЬНО-ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ БУЛІНГУ
Анотація
Проблема насильства в навчальних закладах існує в багатьох країнах світу, але не всі протидіють зазначеному явищу і проводять відповідну антибулінгову політику. Америка – одна з країн, яка активно бореться з булінгом у школі, і її досвід є важливим для України. У статті проаналізовано статистичні показники виявів булінгу та кібербулінгу в США. Висвітлено особливості антибулінгової політики різних штатів США, наведено загальні положення, визначено сучасні тенденції та перепони в боротьбі зі цькуванням. Запропоновано імплементацію окремих положень у національне законодавство.
